Terms & Conditions
1. Acoustic online delivers within South Africa and will determine the cost of your delivery based on the weight and size of your parcel as well as your address.
2. Acoustic online will deliver within 5-6 working days depending on where you live.
3. Working days are defined to be Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
4. Should you have any queries regarding delivery please email email@example.com.
1. If the product(s) you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the Acoustic online terms and conditions, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice.
2. The product(s) in question must be returned to Acoustic online in their original state. No boxes opened or seals broken.
3. Any such cancellation must be done by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Acoustic online will then refund you.
All orders are subject to a courier fee.
Permanently and temporarily unavailable products:
If the product(s) you have purchased are temporarily or permanently unavailable, Acoustic online will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, Acoustic online will send you a replacement product instead.
1. Acoustic online will arrange collection and deliver the correct product to you if the incorrect product is delivered by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased) if
(a) the product has not been removed from the original packaging and seals not broken;
(b) the product is not used at all.
Please notify Acoustic online thereof via email email@example.com so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect such product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
